Good question! I could live 'appetizer-style.' I forage when I remember to during the day, then usually have a real dinner.
I'm lucky in that when I am stressed or upset about something, I LOSE my appetite, so I don't add extra lbs. to any dilemma that might present itself.
Fruits tend to come from juice. Veggies - well, I am blessed to love 'em. Cheese? NOBODY better take away my cheese. Weakness: daily fix of Coca-Cola (thought I'd grow out of that after 30 - nope!) Steak and chicken wings are faves.
How's it working for me? I go up or down about 5 lbs. (winter warmth being the euphemism), but have stayed a size 6 since highschool. Harder to lose that 'winter five' then it use to be though.
