well i would sign up but i stopped eating a few months ago. LOL

Im going back on my carb diet after new yrs. My jeans are getting snug I need to drop off what I beleve I have put back on. Had alot of stress at one time...almost lost my mom, a breakup after 4 yrsa and then those damn gf's of mine who are so skinny and drag ya out to cheer ya up at a restaurant... gotta love em!! I dont have much to lose and it wont take long but its back on track after new yrs. Sign me up ladies!!

Are you going to to post foods recipes that may help in the weigh lost? my goal is to loose 10lbs maybe even 12lbs.

I have seen this one diet that states you eat 2 bowls of special K or any post cereal and then at dinner you can eat normal food you can loose weight. I wonder if that is true

Indigurl you're really a bitch and you write mean and nasty things and then remove them. me and some of my friends wanted to join here but there's too much fighting. so i just come and read. when there's fighting you're always involved. what is your problem? why are you so hateful? i feel sorry for your husband or boyfriend and your kids if you have any. you're really a trip. A bad trip. you act like you are having a bad menstural period all the time.

I would rather not as long as there are people on here that are so hateful. There is fighting on here but good information too. you're message board here would be nice if you could get rid of the dead wood.

PD actually I joined in the middle of the whole board bashing ME, I wasn't a member or even aware that this place existed until after they started bashing me, but I joined anyway.
