I'm strictly adhering to The American Heart Associations guidelines regarding walking for your health. 10,000 steps a day, ( 5 miles ) I'm so glad spring is here. I'm really enjoying all the colors and smells of the season. The holidays were just a little too much fun! All the delicious meals and baked goodies! But look out, because here comes Memorial Day and the Fourth of July. whoa

*NEWS FLASH!* I'm now walking TEN miles, and usually seven days a week! I LOVE WALKING! mango It's so easy...............and inexpensive too! All you need is a good pair of walking shoes............but be sure to replace them every 4 - 6 weeks, because you will wear them out fast!

I think she is banned? And to get down to a size 0 so fast she must have only had 5 to 10 pounds to lose!

I am still exercising, but not as strenuously. The lowest weight I reached was 85 pounds. I'm only five feet tall, but actually seeing myself at 85 pounds scared me good and I backed off on exercising and started eating more. I am 90 pounds now, and would like to weigh 93- 95. I can fit into girls size 12 jeans, which really made me grin. Smile I am in 0 and even 00 adult petite size jeans now and so it's difficult to find jeans, or any clothes for that matter that fit well. It takes a real effort to shop for clothes, so I don't very often.

I like to take a brisk 30 minute walk every day, and I do cardio dance too. I have an exercise ball and resistance bands, as well as an exercise step. I've rented out or purchased some very good exercise video's as well as books. I'm still loving my exercise, but honestly I did start to look a bit too thin.

I looked down at my arms one day and really got scared. They looked too thin, so I ran for a box of twinkies and a bag of cheetos and the icecream too, lol. I ate fattening food for a few days and my arms plumped back up and I looked and felt much better. Smile I'm feeling great now and loving life! So busy all the time, and have so much energy! Life is good!

I will say that at one point I got so addicted to exercise that I would get extremely upset if anything got in the way of my exercise. Luckily I was wise enough to see what was happening and backed off on the exercise. The benefit of so much exercise is it kicked my metabolism into gear and now I can eat much more and I burn it off fast as I am leaner. And because I am very active too.
