I have been so sick with this chronic sinus prob all year that my energy is just totally drained.

Canine :-) I didn't check out the site, but have a sporadic history of sinus infections. Cutting out dairy helps often; isolating any new allergies and sensitivities helps, too. I'm a cheese-a-holic by nature, but if I feel congestion building in my ears or sinuses, I cut cheese out of my diet - along with the sulfite-loaded tomato sauces and wine. Cutting down on anything-gluten (carbs, mainly) seems to boost my energy. Eating Omega-3 rich foods has also helped reduce what used to be chronic symptoms.

I've read that what we eat and are around can start to affect us for better or worse at a certain age, just like our eyesight either improves or worsens around that time.
