Very Good Pluba

Barbaro is doing well considering. 27 screws, I believe. He was fitted with a special shoe to help prevent laminitis in his other hind hoof. Go to The Bloodhorse to see a slide show, and daily updates.

He seems to be able to move around, and that is important. Horses don't often do well w/ long rehabs - and the higher strung they are, the worse it is on them. As I said on the other thread, this is the part that will try the depth of his heart. My prayers and good wishes go out to him. -~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~- ~ Mimi ~ http://am-pugs.com ~ "When we stop learning we die." ~ -~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-~-

Here is a site you can see how he is doing from day to day. You can even send him an email and wish him well. I love finding out how he is doing. I just pray that he can be sound enough to live out a comfortable life as a stud. Check it out. http://ntra.com/
