I love this idea, however, i don't want an unruley undisciplined dog there either.

We have the CGC program, why don't they write in that the dog must have passed the CGC test or a temperment test and obed. class to be allowed?

I know my dogs DO NO beg or drool...they are made to leave the room and lay down when we eat. So in my case they would be on leash and made to lay under the table by my feet.

But i know that i wouldn't let my cousins two rat terriers within 100 miles of a pulic eatery with me. They beg, steal and are pretty much unruley. Those are the types of dogs i don't want to see there.

So basically, although it is a great idea...it won't get anywhere, people are to paranoid about different breeds for one, and also most people don't MAKE thier dogs behave at home let alone a public place.

Not to mention the lack of shots that are running around that park. Scares the $hit out of me.

could you imagine setting in a resteraunt enjoying a nice meal and the person setting next to you had their dog and the dog took a huge dump
nope dont want to pet where I eat out
it costs to much money to go out and enjoy a meal as it is!
That article metioned it is a norm in Europe.
