i have a westie who has begun to develope black skin.Has anyone any experience with this?He is my pet.he has been to the vet and they see no problem.i am not sure if this is a breed issue or not.

LOL Yes should of studied up like basset does before she buys anything. headbash Your dog probably got skin problems it is common in the westie breed. Don't take any advice that basset is saying. She is a puppy miller.
