I feel stupid asking this as I have had dogs all my life but saw something new the other day. At a tractor show, I saw a gorgeous black Boxer. Is there such a thing or would he have been mixed with something? He looked PB to me with cropped ears. Just wondering. Thanks

No such thing as a black boxer.
They are either fawn or brindle.
My guess is it was a poorly bred brindle boxer with VERY LITTLE fawn on it. Also called a Reverse brindle.
