just wondering if there is any one out there who has any ideas how much it would cost to vacinate an eight week old german shepard. And any ideas with the cring at night as i dont want to take him up in to the bedroom with me as he may get to used to it am i being a little harsh.

Hi Tulip, The vaccinations shouldn't be that much. It can vary depending on the vet. I've heard a wind up clock helps.( the ticking kind) Also, you can fill a mason jar with boiling water and put the lid on really tight. Then, wrap it in a towel and it will stay warm a long time. A heating pad works well, too. Cover it with one of your shirts, or a blanket that he had before he came to you.

give it three days and the whining will stop...don't give in tot he puppy or it will know that when he whines, you come running to comfort him!!! BE STRONG!

my vet charges 30 for the visit and then it is like 15 dollars for a 7way shot and more if you need rabies. Then there is wormer that is more. You can buy all of this stuff at a farm supply store for way less and do it yourself. If you feel comfortable with that. You can not always buy rabies at a farm supply store, it depends on regulations in your state or city. I hope this helps.
