What do people do with miniature horses? They are too small to ride, aren't they?

Mostly they are kept as pets. Justlike cats.

Elaine, please say this post wasn't just to let people know you are selling these miniature horses.

I have a couple of friends who raise the minature horses, They show them. it is done from the ground mostly. They drive them to cart. These little guys are nice for the small child.

Hi, There are MANY things to do with a mini. Small children can ride them or you can drive them. Driving is a very big thing ! The shows have about 55 classes for the minis to compete in. Halter, Youth, Showmanship, jumper, obstacle and driving to name just a few. The National show in TX had about 1,100 horses competing and usually had classes ranging from 12 - 46 minis in them. You can also do parades and visit nursing homes and just enjoy them in the backyard. I used to own big horses and found there is a lot more things to do with a mini so I got out of the big horses.
