Warning about dog scammer working out of Colorado and working across the US.Her name is sara vail and has already been convicted of 34 counts of internet fraud for taking deposits on dogs she never sold .
She has broken her probation by being on the internet, and still scamming people out of dogs and money, She goes to the do auctions and buys them for cheap money and then sells to the unwary as akc and nver provides papers for the dogs or says she will be sending them to you and they never show up.she used to accept paypal but closed her down, so only wants western union for money to be sent to .Always in her boyfriends name Kevin Fox.the address is 899 logan, anywhere in Co., bogus address.
She alwasys wants you to leave your info so she can contact you, by email or phone, she uses a cell phone 719 237 8688.....once she has your money never answers it again.
she buys these poor dogs at auction for practicaly nothing then trys and sells them for good money when they are sick.she also trades for dogs and gdts yours and then you never see the ones you are to get from her.she advertises on Hobbly.com. as lefoxbullies, lilbostonbabies, on yahoo as roxiesboston, and on puppyfind, also on us free ads, she is on buy below cost as curious one and rara ...somethingand any ads that are practically free.she will ask fro your name number and how to contact you and never gives you her info.of you ask fro pics and never see them for the most part either.
she has all differnt email addresses, and accounts in all anmes boncatat1, broncactac, on aol.she like aol as she can im you and most people don't realize you can copy it so you have a record of it.
she goes to southeast auctions that are out of OK, MO, Ka.
the places she advertises from whihc is a lie is , Tx. Ar,NM, Utah,Nev, Ne,Ill, Ok, Mo, oh,Canada, but you always end up withthe phone number i gave or she usese a calling acrd to call you so you can't trace it.
The DA needs to contacted even if you have contacted your local authourities, the numbers above or she will get away with it some more.please contact me with all info you have , when it happened and what you are out ,she will be in court again on the 2nd of june for probation violation soas many people as you know forward this to them, and please contact me so i can keep with all others,you can also contact me personally....

My goodness, what are people thinking these days. Life is so difficult trying to work out who is honest and who is doing a scam. Didn't think it would involve "doggie" people, but I guess these rotten people are in all walks of life. So far nothing like this has happened in Australia, but probably just a matter of time.

SARAH VAIL FOX is alive and well, living in Corona, CA (Riverside county, southern CA) on English Setter St (I have her address for anyone that needs it). She is married to KEVIN FOX, and they have 2 children (the future scam artists of America). SARAH VAIL FOX continues to use innocent animals to scam unwitting people. She takes several approaches:

SARAH VAIL FOX will advertise dogs on-line (usually puppies, to really rope people in) and have people pay thru PayPal or Western Union (so they have no recourse). She won't return phone calls or e-mails, and never gives a number people can call her at. I have been contacted from victims all over So. Calif. as well as in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Florida who paid money to SARAH VAIL FOX and NEVER received their dog!! One person who filed a dispute with PayPal was able to view Sarah's account transaction history for 2007, and estimates that SARAH VAIL FOX made approximately $100,000 last year scamming people in this fashion (you can bet she isn't paying taxes on that money!!)

Her other scam is to pose as a bogus dog "rescue" organization, claiming to be a non-profit charity (again, this means she is pocketing all of the "adoption" fees TAX-FREE, as THERE IS NO SUCH CHARITY!!). For this scam, SARAH VAIL FOX is aided by her mother, LINDA VAIL. "Adoption" fee checks are made payable to LINDA VAIL as the claimed "funds co-ordinator" (big red flag....legitimate charities NEVER accept funds payable to an individual). The adoption fee paid to LINDA VAIL is hugely inflated, a portion of which is called a "neuter deposit" which is allegedly refunded once the dog is spayed/neutered. NO ONE has EVER received this "deposit" back!! Also promised are that the dogs are utd with their vaccinations, that they have been micro-chipped, that they have a "health guarantee" and "vet certification", that they come with pet insurance and "lifetime obedience training". Records of all this are promised "as soon as you decide to keep the dog"....again, NO ONE has EVER received a legitimate adoption agreement or contract of any sort, nor have they ever gotten ANY legitimate vet, vaccine or medical records (although Sarah has provided falsified "records"). When people take their new dog to their vet, they usually discover that the animal is sick or has a condition that of course was never disclosed. One person's dog died a month after "adopting" from SARAH VAIL FOX.

Sarah claims that she works for PETE MEDINA at GOLDEN STATE K9 TRAINING ACADEMY on El Sobrante Rd. in Riverside, CA. Many of the dogs she uses to scam people are also kenneled at this facility.

SARAH VAIL FOX has used many aliases. She has operated under numerous kennel, puppy broker and/or FRAUDULENT "rescue" organization names. Some examples are: foxxxpaws, allbreedrescue, coastalk9rescue, pawprintsbythesea, Le Fox Puppies, and brusselsnfriends. Some of the breeds SARAH VAIL FOX uses to scam people are Yorkshire Terrier, French Bulldog, Chihuahua, Pug, Boston Terrier, Cavalier, Bichon Frise, Maltese, German Shepherds, Retrievers and Great Danes.
