Well, I got my male cockatiel a girlfriend. I have so many questions where do I start!! First off her name is Gracie and shes a year and 4 mos. My male Rere is only 6 mos. Gracie has already laid eggs according to the breeder I got her from. Does anyone know if my male is old enough to mate? Right now there getting to know one another. Gracie is so sweet she loves to kiss my nose!! haha. Any info on what I should and shouldnt do would be wonderful! When I get a good picture of them ill put it up. Hes supose to be a whitefaced pearl and she is supose to be a pearl pied. Who knows!

Find a good book and or website dedicated to tiels. They can be a joy but MANY things can go wrong. Are you planing on hand feeding? Make sure you feed a great diet of seed and fresh veggies. Might need to add calcium to her diet too. They have many egg based supplements for this. Good luck.
