I got me a quaker parrot..... she is 11 weeks old. The normal green color.. she is very sweet.
The pet birds down in florida are priced so much lower than anywhere I have seen. I guess its such an easy place to breed them.

I noticed that down in South Carolina too Rotten, Pets are priced lower. But then no offense to anyone southern but when I lived down there, pets were disposable things, the Humane society was FULL of full blooded dogs and cats. And it seemed everywhere I went I saw a sign for a bird for sale or free. I wasnt into birds when I lived down there. Or I would have a lot more than I do.

I price my birds with what long time florida breeders price them- but quakers are a different story- i can't go pluck one out of a wild colony like they can in florida-= also I can't even own one living in maine. they are legal with a permit but the state issues no permits on them.

Bali do your Breed Cockatiels ?
Im thinking about breeding them? Is going to a Bird fair a good place to look? or should I wait till the bird show?
