Use 3 times the normal dose of aquarisol. ie instead of 12 drops in 10 gallons use 36 drops in 10 gals. It is ich!

I usually use Wardley's Ick away (it may be called something else now just look for the brand name), it's fairly cheap, can be found in walmart and in my experience always works fairly quicly, also to get rid of ick, I'd reccomend that you do several complete water changes, two to three times a week until the signs of ick are gone, that's what I do with all my freshwater fish. Hope it helps. Angel.

I don't even use meds....i raise the temp a few degrees a day until the ich is gone...right when i see the first signs of ich i raise the temp...ive never let it get out of hand..i dont knwo how bad your case is....raising the temp will quicken the life cycle of the ich virus and therefore will kill it more quick! ichcure works well if this does not
