Take a look at this site I just found!

You can design your own quiz/trivia night, complete with questions and answers; a score sheet; a team answer sheet, you can add your own questions; choose categories and then print it out on your own printer.

It even tells you how to approach pubs and put on a regular trivia night.

i had a look and its pretty cool. you have to pay, but its not too expensive.
i bought a multiple pack which brought the price down so now just enter a code when I want to print out a new package.
defintely worth a look Wink
