Not exactly a poll, but the answers would be interesting. I know the price of gas goes up every day (shoot, everytime one turns around!). But as of Feb 21, who has the highest prices in a gallon of gas? Here in WA, the most expensive I have seen is 1.75 per gallon, and the lowest I've seen is 1.55 a gallon.

Groucho's mommy is just observing.

I couldn't agree more, I have several friends whose husbands/wives/fathers are still out there, receiving prayers every day.

CA is expensive all the way around! But the minimum wage is also higher than any other state. You get paid more than $10 an hour to work at McDonald's.

Yea, Ca has always been at least $.50 higher a gallon on gas...It is $1.59 to $1.79 here...Now if we aren't supose to buy gas from Exxon or mobile, how do you tell if it comes from there when most staions now days are independants?

I have seen gas prices in Indy around 2.19. Then right down the street I would see 1.82 for the same gas. Doesn't make sense.
My nephew in Northern California said it hit 2.48 there earlier in Feb.

Well I just returned from my trip across the eastern half of the US...I paid $1.74 for gas in Pa., MD & as little as $1.52 in Kansas...It was $1.58 when I left home & $1.63 when I returned...On my last trip in Dec. it was about the same...There doesn't seem to be much change...What gets me is about a yr ago I could make the trip for around $100 in gas..Now it takes $150...
