I just recived a phone call today from my grandmother in kansas, I thought that I would share it... My uncle "Billy" has been MIA from the Vietnam war for 33yrs 2m and 22days.. This past weekend family members where DNA tested and results will be back in 60days to determine if my Uncle William McGonigle has finally been found... they also found his billfold and boots... I hope and pray that they have found him and that this gives my family so closer.. ALthough I never knew my Uncle Billy I was born In 73' I will miss him forever and I carry him with me everyday in my thoughts...
I hope that others that were with him in his platoon were found as well...

Fawndobe as a veteran, I am happy that your family may finally be getting some closer. I will keep you in my prayers tonight that your Uncle has definately finally been found and will be brought home to rest.
