Thanks for posting that. However, I must say I took the voting survey and was VERY surprised at the outcome. It did not go at all like I thought it would. That was a real eye opener to say the least.

I am checking out the links provided here right now, but felt I must say that I have not relied on the media or news Papers for my information. I have been watching C-span, and checking the Goverment website for both the US senate for both and the state senate for Obama.

there is some web site that I ran across yesterday that disputes most of what is being said about Obama. Funny thing was they were calling actual documents lies. They said that Obama had good reason to vote against, or in this case simply vote present, concerning the issue of giving medical treatment to a baby born alive after an attempt of abortion was done. Yes people that does happen. This bill was introduced in the Illinos senate several times were Obama blocked it from even making it to the floor on one occassion. On this occassion the bill passed not only the Illinos senate but a similar bill passed the US senate around the same time. However Obama not only voted present but in a speach on the floor gave his reason for his Present vote.

Obama is for not only Partial Birth abortion, but he is also against doing anything to help the infant if it lives through the abortion. The reason this came to the floor in the first place was because several nurses started to complain about the inhuman treatment of the many infants that were living through these abortions. They were literally being left in dirty closets on shelf until the died. I can find the link for the story and will post it when I find it.

Okay I just found one of the few, I did have the actual nurses testimony and discription of what was going on, I haven't found that site yet, but will post it when I find it. But for now check this one out. I do warn you that this is sad to read.

Laws must be different in the USA re: abortion.

Three months is the latest by law an abortion can be performed...I don't believe a 3 month old fetus could survive. IMO.

Thanks to President Bush who put a Ban on Partial Birth Abortion soon after he became President in 2000.

Here is one that is more discriptive, I don't have time to find the other links I wanted. But yes they did pull babies out and then stuck a sharp instrument into the babies skull in order to collapse the skull to abort it.
