Yes, Nakid Dog, I confess, I'm a democrate!! No I'm not really a Hillary supporter, but I do get a kick out of her bite!! She is smarter than most of the men in Congress. I mean, she's come a long way in the last 10yrs. She's went from Gov. wife, to Pres. wife to Sen. & now extreme millionaire. Only in America!!

Seriously though, we should have an exchange program where for one season we got, i dunno Gorbachov the next Blair then maybe Gadaffi or mugabe.

We could do an exchange program like with foreign students & every say, 6 months, rotate in another from some other country. Or maybe we could just rotate Congress & the Senate. You know, Demo one month, Republican the next!! Hey that would keep everything rolling, wouldn't it!!!! HEHEHE

Yeah as much as it is a joke. theres something in that, at least with a more rapid changing system you would notice more regulated mistake patterns, ones that normally take a decade and several lives to figure out.

Heres a good one. How about we make a new ammendment to the constitution? (as we solove to do) stating:

Somehow I think war would fast become a thing of the past.
