How many out there remember President Reagan? I sure do. He was a good old guy. He lived to be a ripe old age too. It's just too bad he doesn't remember the past ten years.

I loved him. I think he was one of the best presidents this country ever had. And even though I thought Nancy had one of the insincerest smiles I ever saw, I admire her greatly by her loyalty and utter devotion to her husband - through the good times and the bad. God Bless You Ronald Reagan.....

I am very sad over his death, although I know his wife hurts she must have some relief. She had stated that he had went to a far place where she could not reach him before he died.He was getting worse, and there was no hope.I admire his wife for being such a strong lady to deal with all she did.She has proven her strength to me again with his passing, how could you know that was your husband and you had just lost him .I can't imagine the pride she must have felt for him through the years. He was one of the few that I really, really agreed with and could actually relate to.He reminds me so much of my Grandpa. My heart goes out to his family!

Megan, Megan, you're once again thinking ME ME ME---how very demonRAT of you. You're forgetting about the rights of the little human that grows inside you that you can't wait to have sucked out. Very selfish, very selfish.
God bless RONALD REAGAN---and He still does. And GOD BLESS AMERICA AND GEORGE W. BUSH.
i support abortions personally, and if you had a more scientific rather than religious understanding of it, you wouldn't be so quick to call me selfish...

Then you do not have the right to impose your morals on me. if your beliefs/morals prevent you from personally having an abortion, that is your business. It is not your right to tell me I can't though. Not saying I would in a bad situation, but it is MY choice to make with MY body.
Has someone been calling you this name? If so, they're going to have to answer to ME, as I consider you to be one of my friends on this board.
During this election year, I've been called everything from a Nazi, to uneducated to a moron, to ignorant and beyond, so I know what it's like for people to call me names. Personally, I think those that say these things (especially about someone they have no clue about) are themselves uneducated and make themselves look like a fool.
If you're insinuating that I would call you that, you're wrong. I don't speak to my friends that way. So no, you're not a moral-less heathen, IMO.
When I said, "my morals", that's what I meant, MY morals. Not "our morals" (meaning you and me). It's my opinion that I'm accountable for one person's decisions (and votes) in this world. Mine. So it would be senseless and a waste of time for me to judge you on your opinions. I've said it before and I'll say it again, it's a debate, it's not personal. And name calling would make it personal, so I wouldn't do that to you.

Someone has to stand up for the unborn child. So yes it is our right to tell you that you can't have an abortion. I hope they pass laws in every state banning abortion. And if a Dr does one, or a woman gets one, I think they should be charged with first degree murder.

Just think Green_ Witch, you wouldn't be here if your mother had opted for an abortion, now would you?

so what? the fact is she didn't, even though i honestly think she should have...having me was one of the worst things that could have happened to her...
if she would have, then i wouldn't be here, end of story. i don't have any fears about death or what lies beyond or whatever, so that thought doesn't "scare" me into turning anti abortion all of a sudden...
Green_Wytch...just ignore Roses little games. You know what I said on the other thread about this...at the same time, I feel you have the right to believe and do as you wish too and no one has the right to tell you otherwise. Tell Rose to just "Shut the hell up".
You know Rose, God gave us all the freedom of free will for a reason. It's not up to you to make choices for everyone. Believe me, God didn't leave that up to you. Go take care of your own soul and worry about the things you will have to face God over on judgement day and just leave the rest of us alone.
