What are your thoughts about the media helping to fuel fires, It makes them alot of money to be able to find controversy to cover, I am by no means saying they are behind something big but in there own way raising questions about certain things is to there benefit?

Thats a good question. It does seem that CNN is a biased propoganda machine. They have loyal ex-generals as expert correspondents, who seem to me to be showing only the glow of the American forces. Almost like a commercial for the U.S. armed services. Nothing against our armed services, but unfortunately they are being used by bush for motives that many on this board dont see to understand.

CNN is a money making machine, media plays to big of a role, they mighthave cut a deal, imbed reporters and help us, we never know. the public was not flooded with info in the wars we won trust the gov't we are not as well informed as we think

Well, I do have to agree that you have to take pictures and stories given out by the media sometimes with a grain of salt. Even the one you posted, rh.

ANY picture can be doctored, or even one that is not tampered with can be taken out of context.

Which can make it difficult for ANYONE to figure out what REALLY happened.
