Cairo, May 25 - The leader of Lebanon's Shiite Muslim movement, Hezbollah, condemned this month's suicide bombings in Saudi Arabia and Morocco for having targetted "innocent people," an Egyptian newspaper reported Sunday. "In principle, we do not approve of this kind of operation,"Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah said in an interview with the government daily Al-Ahram.
"Until now, we have not understood who is behind these attacks," the Shiite leader said from Beirut.
"It is suitable to condemn the root causes which have pushed some to commit acts of this kind. When these actions target innocent people, we must condemn them," Sheikh Nasrallah was quoted as saying.
