I understand that a lot of people out there don't support this war, but if we didn't do something about the probability of nuclear weapons, who would? I guess you all would just sit around and kind of wait for something to happen over here instead. I mean, don't get me wrong, I'm not saying it's better if it happens over there in Iraq, but the thought of things hitting close to home are just devastating. I'm in the military and I think everyone is entitled to their opinions, but don't forget who gave you the right to have the freedom of speech, your freedom period. There are many other young people like myself that are over there right now defending you the right to talk bad about your government. Think about that next time you open your mouth. These people are willing to risk their young lives so people like you can live in a free environment, enjoy time with your families, and just live normal lives everyday.

I feel the same way. I thank the men and women that give thier lives for our freedoms. Some people just dont get it.
I am proud & thank the soldiers who protect us, but the Government who sent them there leaves much to be desired...However, I supose it is the same no matter what political party is in office...We always find something wrong with them...That is the American way..

No Im Sorry But... Your Wrong! I shall correct this misunderstanding:
There are many other young people(note the key word young) like myself that are over there right now (who think they're) defending you the right to talk (The truth)bad about your government."
In all honesty it is known to most wise men that War is a con. WAR IS A CON! So with all due respect The most cowardly act is to send those who are too young to know the politics of this GAME to sacrifice their lives believing it is for the prottction of the people,it is surely not a question of talking bad about ones government but relaying the truth upon those too young to know. This is why it takes a young soldier to become an old vet to see how they were used, but by then its too late. speak to vietnam veterans.
I believe just by the majority of people thinking in this denial of the TRUTH way we are put at the liberty of whatever lie our Government choose to use to gain whatever it is in their interest to gain.
I pray this does'nt become an emotional uproar but at worst a debate using facts
The truth is bitter on the tongue but sweet going down.
I absolutely agree with you Hesaid, and not just because I like ya! But because you speak the truth. I ask my husband everyday WHY he joined the military and he replies, "I was young, stupid, and thought it would be the best thing at the time." The pay is horrible for what the military actually does, the health plan is a joke. I mean sure, they provide health insurance and everything, but they don't care about the patients. They sent my daughter home with a 105 degree fever saying "they didn't know what was wrong." Disgusting. Anyways, I'm getting off track. What about all the nuclear weapons WE have that YOU don't know about, that none of us know about? Who's going to do something about that?

I think (in all honesty) at this point its safer to possess them sweety, because if Iraq had any their economy would not have been threatened. I knew from the start they did'nt exist, its almost like telling a man holding a gun in his hand "Im coming in at twelve O clock noon to kill you and all your family" What dyou think he'd do if he knew he was going to die? We would never take that Risk. Apparently Russia have one China and now they say North Korea sadly it seems these devices are the only thing that can stop war. I just dont like War and Deception I have a blood phobia, I believe it belongs on the INSIDE. Note how we have given up our liberty in the name of an invisible enemy, cant travel, cant talk, cant do anything because of one fantastic plan. Get ready for the last bit of the NewOrder MICROCHIP ID. I kid you not.

Hey Hesaid, I have a question for you about the microchipping thing. Don't you think they will be and have been microchipping us without our knowledge? We had to give a thumbprint this year to get our driver's licensces renewed. I had to do mine twice. My first thought was that they got me. You know, chipped me without my knowledge. Do you think ???
Cindylu I really would'nt put it past em. In some places in europe, London, if you are arrested their standard practise is to take a swab from inside your mouth to get YOUR DNA. That is a serious violation of human rights by doing this they have the ability to clone you or frame you in the future, im very concerned about what is allowed to be done in the name of Terrorism.

I posted this over on another thread, but felt it would fit in here.
Speaking of scanners, are you aware that as you drive down our nations Interstates, that your money in your wallet is being counted?...There are scanners planted in the roadways, mostly in the highway in front of Weigh Stations that as you drive over them , pickup the magnitic strip that is now in our money...It doesn't actually count the amount, but the number of bills you are carrying in your vehicle...That is how many drug runners are caught...They usually have large amounts of cash with them...

WOah, "now hold on there!" This is the same con that i complain about all the time, there will always be an excuse to invade our privacy. We need to realise every attempt to control the freedom of a citizen will be backed up with excuses like terrorism, (which was conveniently planned)drugs and other measures of safety when the truth is the core of all these problems are in the hands of our government. Drugs could be easily eradicated. If guns were a problem then why do we continue to include them in every movie, obviously it only harms those who dont matter, and if we dont matter then were alone and must find our own solutions. Im sorry to say this but I believe when powerful men have an agenda to gain more power then human life becomes irrelevant so dont be surprised to find out that 911 was masterminded on AMERICAN SOIL.
