A reputable breeder will not sell you a dog unless you have your current intact dog neutered. Period.
Reputable breeders only sell to people who are doing the right thing. Offering your poorly bred Berner for stud to any dog with "papers" and a uterus is NOT the right thing to do. Neuter your dog and THEN start looking for a RB of Berners. Start with the BREED CLUB to find breeders. FWIW, AKC classifieds are FULL of irresponsible backyard breeders of poor quality dogs.
