This is for my husband. He had a very good Father's Day.
We took the four year old to the mountains to shop & eat. We browsed antique stores, toured log cabins, and stopped for ice cream on the way home. When we arrived home all 3 of our sons were there.
He actually got cards from all of them (as well as from the 4 year old & me). Two of the boys actually gave him gifts. We had previously purchased matching recliners for the den (as Mother's/Father's day gifts to each other). On Saturday we purchased an air conditioning unit for his "retreat" (a building on our property that is his hide away!!). It was one of the best Father's Days that he has had since the boys enterred their teens.
