I would not joke about anyone with any disease regardless of what kind. I agree.

I want to make it known as well that I was giving my thoughts on alcoholism and I AM IN NO way calling anyone an alcoholic either.

I am not insinuating anyone an alcohlic either just my thoughts on alcoholism itself.

Oh I know, I just wanted to make sure so that anyone, not you or anyone in particular didn't turn it around and say I was insinuating it.

Believe it or not, I have depression caused by chemical imbalance. I don't act like it because of (well....ya know). We have alcoholism in our roots (believe ME we do!!!!) but I have never taken a drink or even been drunk. So, I don't consider myself alcoholic. Personally I always felt one has to have had a drink to be alcoholic.

I for one don't see someone killing themselves over a chat board yeah you can get your feelings hurt.
but saying what was said by Crystal about not being here raises flags to me. I am sorry I don't like hearing that kind of stuff if there is a true friend they need to help her get over this and help her find someone that can help her.
Stop ignoring her crys for help

Well, I'm too far away to help her, but I do hope she gets some help. I might suggest looking up her local crisis hotline if she has those kinds of thoughts right now. Believe me, they've helped me MANY times in the past!

Timmy's Girl my point was that on here her friends needs to talk to her to get crystal to realize she needs help. I live down the street somewhat I am not going to her house. She is very lucky I don't show this to the police because they can force her in a hospital . but I am not going to do that because I think it was a card she was trying to play. I may get bash for that statement but hell.why make that statement if you was not either seeking attention or cry out for help~!

I have talked to crystal and she is not going to hurt herself, she meant she just may not come to BBC today. Nothing more!

This is a perfect example of reading things that just are not there. It is getting twisted and it just isn't true. By the way the police could not force her into a hospital for that post, I dont think it is breaking the law or a mental problem for not coming to the BBC on a saturday.

I have seen it in real life. I wont' even explain anymore then that. But if they talked to her they would see she meant not coming to bbc. there is no proof it was meant any other way.

There may not be proof but I also took it the other way. That was my immediate thought when I read it and it bothered me. Now maybe it stems from my being a nurse but that is what I thought.

I do understand why some might think it was meant that way. All I was saying is that after someone would talk to her they would see that she didn't mean it that way. They wouldn't just come get her and put her in the hospital, they would have to talk with her first.
