I have one going to Europe on Pet pass port, to avoid the Quarantine,

It takes some steps, first your mirco chip must be an ISO one. Special order at my vets.

Then with that mirco chip inplace you have to have a new rabies vaccine with the new mircochip, then you wait the appropriate time and get a titer draw by your vets and send it into your states agri.

Best place to start is with the chamber of commerce.

you can also type in petpassport and away you go you can even give England # a call and they can walk you through it.... petpassport is very nice if you are planning to show in Europe. Let me know if you need more to start with.
