It appears the behaviour we've witnessed pertaining to dogs, bleeds over into other aspects of her life as well.

Wish I had a nickle for every time I've heard a tenant say, 'The house is not for sale." I don't blame you, Vac. New landlords, new rent, new rules can be a pain.

Maybe the house is NOT for sale and this person Baller is correct, how do you know, or is this something you have been through on many occassions?

I don't know if the house is for sale or not. What I do know is, if Vac is involved and her lips are moving, normally it's a lie.

Been through it more times than I can count. Real estate was my profession for over 15 years.
