We need your immediate help! The Los Angeles City
Council is
considering adopting a city wide AB 1634, mandatory
spay/neuter law,
at a City Council Meeting tomorrow Tuesday, August 14,
2006.

We need you to take action TODAY by phoning and
emailing the City
Council Members and asking them to vote NO on the city
wide AB 1634
proposal. We've provided a link to all of the office
phone numbers
and email addresses.

Members of the California Legislature have already
heard and rejected
AB 1634 as bad policy. Now our opponents are pushing a
Los Angeles
city wide AB 1634 proposal, a misguided and invasive
measure, which
will cause more pets to be relinquished to shelters.

Please call and/or email the Los Angeles City Council
Members today.
If you can attend the City Council Meeting, it will be
held on
Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Los Angeles City Hall, 200
N. Spring St.,
John Ferraro Council Chamber, Room 340, at 10:00 a.m.

Don't let AB 1634 get a foothold in the City of Los
Angeles. Call and
email the fifteen Council Members today!

This reminds me why I am glad to be moving from California ... tho I will miss some very dear fancier friends I have made in the short period of time I have spent here. Frown

Stinking "liberals" .... they think you should have total freedom to rip a baby limb from limb inside the womb simply because it's "inconvenient" but by GOD (except they don't actually believe in GOD tho they do like to mention him from time to time in passing) you better not leave your dog intact without their permission! UGH! hurl

So, you can choose to kill a baby just because but not whether or not to spay or neuter the family dog. Yeah, that makes sense - NOT! headpound

An "argument" would imply that the parties are stating their "sides" of a debate, point and counterpoint while debating a certain topic, which is not the case here since TruthsNOTHere had no point and "its" comments had nothing to do with the subject at hand. Rat I am so tired of a debate becoming a argument this is why I stated "take your arguement some place other then here "

you know how you can handle the idiotic drivel that you believe is coming from the member called Truths Here ? You just put her on iggy

The info I posted came from one of my cat groups and I wanted people aware what was going on with the AB 1634 in Calf.

I wanted people realize if it can happen there it can also happen in their own state/city.
