By the way, I think Amber's little guys are darling!!!!!! I don't see anything wrong with them. But since I don't know a show dog from shenola, my opinion in that doesn't matter.
Julie: Have you noticed that each time you win at the show, no matter what, Truths Here starts running you down! She tried to make it look like you shouldn't associate with the Pluba people, BUT, I believe, due to the consitency of her posting about you ...only when you win with one of you GSP's, that Truths Here..is "jealous!!"
Last time you received "Reserve"..and heard nothing from TH..this time was different!
There are other's she will not attack when they win at the shows, I believe that is because she/they either know her/them or she/they are intimidated by that person/s!
Watch next time you win, TH will say nothing about you, just to prove me wrong!
Eva: Perfectly written! Point well made!

You mindless "twit"...there are many reputable breeder's on this forum, with championships!
Who the hell do you think you are? It is my hope, they have a few choice words for you and your's.
Again, you "twit" it is well known I do not have a champion dog "yet," the "hopeful" I do have is my first dog worthy of show and I will be showing him. And then I will post results, just for you, hopefully, I can rub a win in your size 8 face
Your Rotts are crap, you have to run to Canada to title...so are your female sweeties' dachsie's..oh wait, she bought them as champions, what a tribute to her talent that is!
VonLahr is proud, and she should be..garbage like you would only cut her throat for winning. The majority on this forum are pleased for VonLahr, unlike you, Von is an asset to us all, she has much experience and great knowledge, but never flaunts it. You, the Queen of Crap, ""but has nothing to show for it, do nothing but "flaunt," bullsh&t that is.
I know who you are; (oh could I blow you out of the water, with evidence, but it would be detrimental to another, so I won't and haven't) Obviously you have surmized that you and your bandana clad gang are VonLahr's peers?
She's doing fine without you, Von has you beat, idjut!
To quote you, that's what sticks in your craw.
edited to add: Or, you're the one that sold the "bummer" Rottie that can only title in Canada!! Or, maybe's it all of you, or maybe you are all the crappy breeders that couldn't keep a forum running because everybody is smarter than you and your's..
I really don't give a damn! Ta Ta..

You know my peers? Are you on GSP lists that I am on? The lists I am on we cant post pictures. But I do get congrats for my wins and many other breeders love my dogs. But i do this for myself not anyone else.
I would like to see them at 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 6 months of age. Is this your first litter?

But honestly this does not mean the puppy won't win ... it's not a disqualifying fault ... and frankly I have seen dogs with absolutely atrocious movement put up (and champion titled) because of a pretty head so winning isn't everything or indication of a superior dog.
I do think the cream is a superior girl overall and if she matures nicely and moves well (which she looks to me like she would) she should do well and deservedly so.
Will be interested in seeing your future hopefuls ... I'd like to see them at eight weeks as that is generally the best time to critique puppies for possible keepers as after that (depending on individual dogs and lines) they CAN go pitiful gangly and look bad before coming back together nicely later.

Originally posted by Ratlady: Jenn, I totally agree! Now, how about that, LOL
I also believe attending and participating in conformation events is an integral part of any breeding PROGRAM (as opposed to those who just reproduce puppies for sale which is not a program at all but a money making scheme); even tho each litter I produce is for the purpose of furthering my own program, the goal is not simply for my own advancement or to say "lookie I have champions", but as you point out the ultimate goal is advancement of the breed overall and to ensure a quality future for these wonderful little dogs. And they really ARE wonderful. We may not agree on some of the finer points but I do believe this underlying philosophy is similar.
And yes there is a higher purpose, but getting those final points on a bred by champion has to be the ultimate sense of accomplishment! I have pictured it in my mind many times on those nights I can't sleep, and you know I can "almost" feel it, but I am sure the reality of it would blow away the dream! Can't wait to find out! *crossing fingers*
I do hope to one day feel confident - and sure-footed - enough to handle myself but in the meantime I will enjoy watching my little ones in the ring with my friend on end of the lead ... someone who won't trip and fall and possibly injure the poor little dears! I'm no longer blacking out as I did for about a year after the last accident, but still am, and there's no other way to say this, a TOTAL klutz! The first show I attended some 4-1/2 years back rather set the tone (and this before the last round of injuries which have only made this problem worse!) ... I got out of the car, stepped onto the grounds, proceeded towards the ring where Chihuahua were to be shown, got about four feet before stepping into a hole and - bam - going down hard, flat on my face! Luckily, I didn't have a dog with me at the time, was just attending to observe and learn ... but it did leave an impression - on me AND the ground!
P.S. Jenn, do you think you will be in Phoenix in the Spring? If I am still in CA I hope to attend as it is within driving distance from where I am and I also have friends who live in the area that I could stay with which would be great as opposed to having to get a hotel room. If I'm in Louisiana by then I will likely not be able to go ...

Dog shows (conformation events)are intended to evaluate breeding stock. The dog's conformation (overall appearance and structure), an indication of the dog's ability to produce quality puppies, is judged.
Participating in these events is a good way to see dogs in motion, possibly seek out a stud dog with the overall goal of improving the breed. To me it is one of the best ways to see what needs improvement in our breed overall and not just in our own kennels.
Likely, she has no idea you are addressing her! I highly doubt that will happen! Just a guess... I'll look up the website and post, might shed some light on this matter!

Okay, I think the International in November is too far out for you to be asking about so I'm sure there must be an AKC show that you mean ... seems my friend and I talked about going to one coming in October ... BUT I don't see anything on InfoDog actually IN San Diego ... of course I'm reeeeeeeally REEEEEEEEEEALLY tired right now, lol

I could care less about your grammar. I was not pointing that out. Idjut. I was referring to the part of your message and questioning the truth here.
Quit using the word "idjut" which I most definitely coined here referring to tt. Coin your own words. If you love to delve into the arhives and history here, you will note it is I who have used the word "idjut" from the beginning. I don't have a trademark on the word, I don't have a copyright on the word but reading you spew off all kinds of poop about others behaviour is enough to p*ss anybody off........then you have to use words created by others. There are a few here that do hope you don't breed by copying the likes of the company you keep.

Do they still have the Silver bay kennel club shows? I think they were in Delmar. That was the first dog show I ever went to. I was 16.
