Hi Katie: as someone else here said, God Bless you for caring for and loving your Jack, no matter who bred him, who or what is responsible for his deformities. No tt I didn't say a thing about G. I posted what happened I saw her dog on her siggy and asked if it was her dog. then if it was double merle. then asked if this pic was hers. she said yes so I sent her here to tell the true about his genes.
You can think what you want but as far as I know, G never posted that dog’s pic. A lest not here and I don’t visit many forums. After reading one of KT replies I asked her to make it clear that it was not I who had said anything about G because I hade NOT!

i got gloria lamberts name off of the pro-merle site. someone else had posted saying she was using his picture on her website and was just letting me know about it. you can go there and read it for yourself...

Well Katie, I guess you mean she was using your picture on the Tanya's website? And not the other "boytoy's" website? When she posted here before her little fingers got rapped, she used the dog web site in her siggie line - everyone is quite familiar with the name of the web site. It would be my best guess then that she used your picture on her dog web site? How classy.

I have talked to some of the players about this situation which does not appear to be the business of the plubian harpies, but since you all want to hop on your brooms about this especially you Henny why don't we anylize your problems. You are a pathetic strumpet who appears to be disgustingly fixated on the body parts of others. Please try and find a therapist that can walk you thru your apparent sexual deprivation problems.
As for that photograph of Jack it appears Katie has sent another that is being used in its place on the web page with her permission.

No I didn't give her permission. Last night I kept emailing her asking her to take his picture down and she told me if I could prove that I was his owner (she wants to know who his breeder is and says she already knows but I know she doesn't) she would take the picture down. so i took a picture of jack with a note and blacked out his eye and she used photoshop or something and took off the black spot and then wrote back and said "thanks for the new picture". she is an awful woman. thankfully I have found someone who is an attorney willing to help with the copyright laws.

Now this is really perplexing and I had to get to the bottom of this seeming discrepancy so I wrote the alleged offending party and asked for proof she had permission and this is what I was sent.

I sent you pictures and I know you saw them on the forum anyway. I thought all you needed was proof that he is mine. Now you have it and you haven't kept your word. Like I said from the beginning.. all you want is his breeders name. Too bad I didn't fall for it. Jack is a wonderful dog and I am so sorry that you are limiting yourself and being so closed minded as to not enjoy the beautiful patterns and coats of chihuahuas. Jack deserves to be respected and loved just as any chihuahua. I can't change his breeder or the fact that Jack was born. I am just here to love him and take care of him. What you are doing is wrong and I don't know how you sleep at night. It is one thing to voice your opinion but to steal someones pictures is just sick and twisted. I guess you won't mind me using your pictures for my personal opinions either. If you'd like any other pictures of Jack to prove that he is mine just let me know ;-)
