Finally got my copys of pictures of the little girl of my breeding that took her championship on valentines day. And later when on to take best opposite at the Central Carolina Chihuahua Club pm specialty.
P.S. The videos of your puppies are very sweet, they look like they are having fun. I tried that with mine but they were just a blur ....

Some clubs do 2 specialties in one day, an AM and PM. The handler is very pretty, I like her red curly hair.

Is this the girl owned by ShortStuf out of Roc?
I liked Roc ... pretty boy, nice pedigree.

yes she was very briefly owned by shortstuff. I gave her to one of my mentors as a pup. she was also trying to mentor shortstuff. She co-owned the girl with them so they could have something to show. they decided that they didn't want to (after they put their kennel name on her) and sent her back. That is when this time we (I and my mentor) placed her with who is showing her now.

Did you know you can change their registered names? But its only if they have no points.

From what we were told you could but only if they hadn't been shown. Shrotstuf DID show her once. And really what did it matter? My kennel name is on her too, I am the breeder. soo... live and learn.
Yeah, I know most of her (ShortStuf's) dogs come from Dragon Hill too (like many of yours), and makes sense that DH is one of your mentors ... I thought this was Roc's daughter SS had, but was just curious if this was the bitch I was thinking of b/c she wasn't on SS's website ... not that it is really any of my business, lol, I am just "nosy" about all things Chihuahua.
Well anyway, congrats again on the new champion. It's good she went to this handler as she is doing a great job!

You are right it isn't any of your business. And you are sounding very much like sour grapes. trying to "stick it" to me, putting it in bold type and all. but you know what? I am not ashamed to try and help someone in my breed/club. In the long run it may help not only my breed but breeders as a whole. As for my mentors. I am no clone and will not tolerate mentors that ask me too be. So if you are trying to stick it to me there you fail again.
Sour grapes? Sticking it to you? Mentors who want clones? Sorry, not sure what you are talking about. Frankly, where you place your dogs, the lines you work with, and who you choose to mentor you, these are your decisions - and vice versa. I sure don't recall saying anything negative here. I congratulated you on your new champion (IMO she is one of your prettier Chis) ... and the bolded question was me being curious (I am curious about all things Chihuahua!) if this was the Roc daughter I was thinking of because I liked Roc.
As far as helping other breeders, this is a very worthwhile goal for any established breeder. I am certainly happy to help deserving, worthy breeders who want to do right by their dogs and the breed, but I am very choosy about who gets breeding rights on one of my dogs, as there are numerous breeders I consider to be "substandard" in terms of quality, health, soundness, breeding practices, overly large numbers, care, ethics, etc. (some of whom do show), and I would not want them to have one of my dogs ... so not only does the breeder I place with need to be acceptable but I am also concerned that that breeder not place the dog I entrust to them with one of these "substandard" breeders that I would not approve of. Even knowing all that there might eventually be a time I could be fooled -- which is a very good argument for co-ownerships!
Well, anyway, congratulations again on this girl finishing.

You know what RL? YOU have an "I" problem. Every post is about you. I this and I that. Do you know that when you say/post the word BUT it means to disregard everything that you said/posted before?
You have cut me down many times about where my dogs have gone. what size I use. who has mentored me (funny you actively hunted for a pup from one of them.)
The ONLY reason you asked on here and not in PM was to try and put me down again. nice try but (see how this works) you failed. Using peoples kennel names who aren't members here makes you look sour and petty and guess what (again) THEY are higher up in the Chihuahua world then you. breeders of home bred ch. members of chi clubs.........
could it be that you are still pissed that I called you out on breeding a merle to a brindle then taking a hidden merle from it and breeding it to creams and fawns???

THANK YOU MMM she finished 2 months before the specialty but (see this RL?) I am still very happy.
