My Sis bought my Mom this little one a few days ago. Mom lost her little angel a few months ago and has just beem miserable without her. Is this a normal color for a chi? Sorry for my ignorance here I know nothing about Chis but I do know we have several breeders here. She is 3 months old and eats like a lttle pig WinkBill made Mom a beautiful whelping box for her to live in while she is housebreaking. Although I doubt she will spend much time in it..MM

Must Be One Of ChiBreeder's Fine Specimin's Or Maybe Even One Of Those "Going To Show" RatLady Dogs.

And I Agree Bratz. MM Has Never Been Anything Other Than A Poor Quality BackYarder, Who Is Only Smart Enough To Know She Should Fly Under The Radar.

Yes it is a brindle. From what I can see of the head and nose it looks pretty good.

I don't know that I agree with that, Truth.........?

I think MM is one of the FINEST BYB I've ever come across. Even though I don't agree with it, you have to admit, those dogs are raised in a well adjusted, clean and happy, family enviroment with lots of love, care and attention. They are socialized, healthy, vetted, and come from examples far better than some call "show quality."

MM, I find you a delightful person, but do not agree with your breeding philosophy.

I can only hope one day you'll come to realize, even with all you do for your puppies produced, you are still adding to the problem that infringes on MY and others right to breed dogs / cats for the purpose of improvement.

Some are here because they hope to make a difference, others like to roll around in the feces. You'll be able to "sniff them out" in no time. -DJ's Doxies,

You see Von, I am not the only one that directs posts to Chibreeder. He has a following that pre-dates your 7 year existance.

I'm pretty sure I have been in existance for almost 37 years, well that is what my birth certificate says...

MM, any updated pics of this little brindle cutie? Hard to really tell from this one how she really looks anyway ... Smile

I love a nice brindle, heck I love a nice Chi, period, no matter the color/pattern. Sometimes a really nice, well bred Chi in the less popular (in the show ring) colors/patterns (such as blue, brindle, etc.) CAN be more difficult to find (but certainly not impossible if one is patient).

I have a very nicely bred brindle boy (actually, his g-sire is CH Tanya's En Garde ... now isn't that ironic, LOL). He should be a really nice mate for one of my girls from Canada, they should produce very well together. Should happen sometime in 2009 as I think I'm gonna take an extended puppy break while I get at least a couple of mine shown 'cuz I don't want to be tracking home anything from the shows to babies.
