Ok, wow, I think you have a nice litter here! Is till think at less than 6 weeks, you can't be too harsh, but I will tell you what I see at the moment.
I personally do not care for red girl or pink girl. Purple girl doesnt do much for me in the way of substance. Of the girls, I like yellow best, still.
Boys are HARD!! I do not like Blue boy at all at this stage. I think orange boy looks overdone and clunky...no offense, just what I see compared to the others at this stage.
I like green boy and light blue boy best. I can't really figure out why light green boy doesnt do anything for me...nothing glaring, he just doesnt.
What are you seeing, Julie? I love these "pupdates", neat to see them grow on and develop.

Blue boy to me is big a lot of bone and he is the one I would say is clunky. I love Orange he has good bone and nice angles with a pretty head. But Light Blue is my favorite.
I still think at this age, the yellow girl is the best balanced as an overall package. She looks to be all business.
Light blue and orange are kind of similar, but from the picture orange looks a little exaggerated in the rear and his color isn't as pleasing to the eye as light blue's is.
I still like the bitch better, though...and I can't tell you why as I don't really know.
Yellow is very flashy and very outgoing, she carries herself very nice, nice tail set, nice topline, great movement! I think light Blue is the one. I already picked yellow from the beginning. She is 1st Purple is 2nd and will go to a show home too. Pink is going into search and rescue down in southern CA, red has a wonderful pet home not too far. The boys are harder to pick from. I am pretty sure Purple girl will grow into a nice girl.
He is just not the type I want to keep. Another breeder I know in Australia likes him best so it just depends on the person. And she also does not like yellow girl says she has a nice rear end but likes more bone. She likes red.

Oh...OK Julie, thanks for letting me know. I still like them in that order though. They are very nice!
1- Purple: Balanced from rear to front, a tad longer than the last set of pics but i expect she will come back, not a large bitch but i think she will carry what she has well, Pleasing on the outline, i prefer her head to the other three girls.
2-Yellow: Again a nice bitch, not my flavor , and i don't like her head. But that is again a preference.
3-Red 4-Pink : I can't get passed her markings and headpiece....
Boys
1- Lt. Blue: Overall to me the most pleasing to the eye, Short back, nice front and lovely rear. maybe a tad light for some, but i like his size.
2- Green: Nothing i horribly dislike, then again nothing that snaps me to LOVE him either. Just an overall nice puppy.
3- Blue: Nice Short back but just not the appeal that the other two have.
4- Orange: The rear kills the picture IMO
5- Lt. Green: To light in body, more so than even some of the bitches.
So personally if i had to choose and i still would wait till the eight week shots...i would go with Purple Girl and Lt. Blue boy.
We are not a head breed so the head is the last thing I look at. Pink is real nice but her head markings through off how her head really looks, the other side looks normal, I should take pics from that side.
What a nice problem with so many prospects to choose from.
I keep going back and forth between Green Boy and Lt. Blue Boy, with Green running a close second only because of substance.
To my eye, both have nice front assembly, but Green has a longer, more proportionate, upper arm which to me says "Sporting." I also like the tidy little tuck-up and length of loin on Green better. I don't know what the standard calls for, but I like the rear on Green better, too. Again I see "Sporting" with balance of bone length and angulation on Green. In my uneducated opinion, Lt. Blue could use the knee under himself a few degrees and lacks length from knee to hock...??? Maybe they are not meant to be so well let down? Both are so nice, I had to struggle to pin point exactly what kept thowing me off of him. I mean, talk about nit-picking! Green could use more neck and substance.
Guess what?! After going over them again, I'm back to liking Green Boy best.
Yellow girl stands alone in the bitches.
What a treat! I just LOVE it when people post quality litters to be critiqued, and watch develope. I learn so much about breeds I know so little of. With that said, the blind, blonde, who don't know nothin' about Sporting Dogs, says "Thanks Von." Now teach me the right way!
Some are here because they hope to make a difference, others like to roll around in the feces. You'll be able to "sniff them out" in no time. -DJ's Doxies,
Green boy is very nice he is just smaller, he was born that way I think he will catch up later. Yes Yellow stands alone she is clearly the best one of the girls. Her head is nice and feminine and she will have a longer muzzle which is what I was hoping for breeding to their sire. She should get more lip as she matures. I love the bone and angles on Orange boy and you should see him move! But I am pretty sure we are keeping light blue. I am happy it is such a hard decision!
I still like the same pups....Lt. Blue boy and yellow girl. And I don't know why...lmao.
