Crap Julie this sucks.
Now with a Chihuahua something like another esp. bigger dog getting loose and attacking it even if the dog wasn't physically hurt could ruin the dog's show career and they could possibly never show well again. How about your breed? They seem like they would bounce back --- but then again I don't really know any other breed, so ... ???
Oh, and I hate stupid people (well, really, I hate the things stupid people do to be more exact) ... if you can't keep your dog under control you should leave it at home. I was at a dog show where a larger breed dog was running loose, ran right up to the ring where the Chis were being shown and if the handler hadn't gotten a hold of the dog right then, well I hate to think of what could have happened.
BTW - congrats on the win/point! I like Mo a lot!
