Ok, the new forum is live. I deputized Doxiechick as our first moderator.
I'm taking nominations for two other moderators. PT me with your nominations. Do not post on this forum.
Remember, everyone can participate in the question/answer on the forum. The moderators will be given the ability to keep the forum on message, and moderate the discussions.
Let's make this a useful forum for many people.

Congrats guys. Mod, maybe start it off by moving some of the more recent help questions over here? (Nothing that's ancient!) You can move my Cat thread over here, if you'd like, and I'm sure other people won't mind if you bring their threads over here too.

Mod, I'm not going to recommend any links, because I don't want to piss anyone off by volunteering their threads up for a move. You might want to post something in BC to see if anyone wants to 'donate' their thread for this forum.

Just in case anyone is still confused on the concept of this forum and the role of the moderators...
The moderators of this forum will just ensure that pet related questions can be asked with impunity. Breeder's Corner is not changing. The manifesto is still in force other than that no other changes to my knowledge. On this forum there will be no bashing, and as such there will be little need to monitor trolling since the troll's number one goal is to bash.
Yes this means even those whose ethics we may not agree with can still ask a question about their animals and be able to do so without being bashed. All that is being asked is that the threads are kept on topic.
Topics that don't really seem to "fit" on this forum may be moved, and topics on the other forums that do seem to "fit" this forum may also be moved here. Too many legit questions were clogged with one on one fights, bashing, etc and the informative and educational content got lost.
No fingers being pointed either. I am not a saint I have gotten caught up in it as well. But not here. It just won't happen on this forum so that there is a forum that visitors can view that has some very sound advice. A database of everyone's collective and ecclectic knowledge.
BBC members have such a large concentration of knowledge!
