I would ask on the puter section but it doesn't seem to get as many responses as the Open Discussion- I just had my hard drive replaced on Tuesday. Ever since, it won't remember me at this website or any other. I have to continually enter my name and password, which is a hassle since I pop in and out so much through the day. My daughter uses this puter too and she closes my stuff off here when she strolls through and jumps on my puter. How can I get my puter to do like it used to, and remember me every site I go to? I have checked the 'remember me' box. I also can't get to my online banking info now, it ignores my user number and password and I really need to balance my checkbook, lol.

You have to enable cookies.
Go up to tools, internet options, advanced, and then put a check mark on enable cookies. There are other ways to do this, but this is the only one i know of.

If you had your hard drive replaced on tuesday, did they make you a back up of the old hard drive? If not, you might have to reenter all the info for your checking account. Just be sure and use the same password, etc and you should be able to log on like normal.
I don't know about the other stuff like banking etc. but if the hard drive was replaced - you might not be able to 'logout' and still be remembered. [I can't]. I was going to say you may have lost the 'cookie' but when I did that, it wouldn't let me log in at all [maybe that's what's wrong with some of your other stuff???] mac guy or Pc person should be able to help better than I can - I had to go in to the security stuff and go through the list of what was blocked - I found it kind of by luck - I doubt if I could give good directions.
Pc Person - beat me to it. Good.

Thank you so much for all your help. No, they weren't able to do a back up from the old hard drive. They had to replace the CD-Rom too. I will try these suggestions, thanks again!

I tackled the problem today and discovered it was a problem with my browser (Internet Explorer) and tech-support couldn't help me with it. So I downloaded Netscape and use it to browse anywhere I have to log in, like here, and for my banking. (So I did balance my checkbook online today and guess what?! I have a little more than I thought I did! Guess I forgot to record a depostit somewhere!) Anyway, thanks for the help you guys!
