My sister recently did the same thing I did a few months back ago. Now we both know, Never delete unused programs. When you do a disk cleanup it gives you the option for you computer to remove unused programs, use that! Don't do it yourself.

My issues wasn't so much deleting unused programs as it was installing a new XP program without knowing what the heck I was doing. Took me 3 weeks to fix it. LOL all better now.
