If you had been at Christ's trial, what would you have done? Would you have joined with the many who spit on him and ridiculed and called him names? Would you have followed Christ as he carried the cross, laughing at him and cursing, throwing stones?
Or would you have been the kind of person who would have cried, begged, pleaded with them to let him go? Would you have wanted to help him carry his cross? Would you have brought him water, and wiped his brow as he hung there in agony, for you? Would you have tried to comfort his mother Mary as she lay sobbing at the foot of the cross?
Or maybe you would have been a fence sitter, not really knowing what you should do. Afraid that if you stood up for the Savior, that maybe you would be persecuted, ridiculed, called names, possibly even lose your life.

It's something to pause and think about isn't it?
Let's hear your answers first, rose. Perhaps if you would care to participate in the threads you start, then other might be more willing to try.

Really, No one needs to answer...........just pause for a minute and think about it is all. It's worth the time, believe me.

Rose if I lost my life because I stood up for Jesus then my life would had meant something... there are many men ,women and childthat lost their lives because they believed in christ.

Thank-you Linda. I agree with you. To give your life for the Savior would be the ultimate sacrifice. We are fortunate to live here in America where we are free to worship the Savior in the way our heart leads us.

It's a very sad person who must ponder and live in a world of "what if's".
