Am I finally to the age when I need to have a "nip" at bedtime? Alcohol has never touched these lips.............if I succumb I'm afraid I'll get a black mark for sure in my record book in heaven that the angels are keeping........but I'm having trouble sleeping, and maybe just a little "nip" would help me sleep?
