I just take a little oil - olive is best - minced garlic, minced onion, oregano or Italian seasoning or both, and simmer gently until onion is transparent. Then add the cleaned, deveined, raw shrimp, and stirr constantly until shrimp is just cooked. Turn off heat, sprinkle with lemon juice and a little parmesan cheese and serve.
