Take one can apricot halves and blend up in blender, takes only seconds. Then remove and pour into large pyrex cup or mixing bowl. Slowly add one 12 oz can orange soda (your fave brand- generic works fine too). Stir til well blended together. Pour into two disposable cups, like 12-16 oz size and cover with glad wrap. Freeze over night. Eat with a spoon. Very good, if you like apricots. Makes 2 healthy servings
