Duck Chang's in Alexandria, Va & in DC. They have the best Peking Duck I have ever eaten. They come to your table & slice it. Then they take warm spring rolls layed out like at tortilla, smear it with plum sauce, add schallots & duck, roll it up similar to a taco & OMG are they wonderful. They also have Bang Bang Shrimp that is out of this world.

But Jitters, I thought you were an animal lover.

Where did it say that I was an animal lover? I've only posted on the restaurant & wine forum. Yes, I like animals, but do not own any & don't plan too. Is there something here that I am missing?
I am looking for a good Cajun restaurant in Alabama. Any recommendations?

I stopped at a place a number of years ago in Arkansas that was really good. It was called Sweet Pea's - just west of Tennessee along I-40. It was kind of rustic - but it's been ten years so it may have changed. The food was great - I had a T-bone that was perfect - and there was a huge sea food bar.
I have eaten at so many different places, it is hard to decide which one I want to review.
The best food I ever had was a small Mom & Pop Taco Place, called Kiko's Kitchen and I have never eaten tacos that tasted so good. Of course they would not give me the secret to their tacos, but whatever it was, kept me coming back for more until I moved down here.
