Why do you keep changing your name? Do you think no one will notice this time, Rose? First you were Julie, now TJ--nobody on this forum is that dumb!!!
Hey Racey, Have you read Life of Pi ? I think you would love it. It has a surprise ending.

Too bad you don't "own" this thread, honey pie, and you have ruined plenty of threads yourself. If you don't like it, go crawl back in your hole. They like you better there!

I don't have any suggestions right now. My sister reads Sandra Brown novels (I call them trash novels--she gets mad, haha), but I don't do much reading myself. I like mystery books when I do read, but I have a hard time finding them. It's good to have time to read and I need to get back into reading more myself. It helps to ease the stress for me. Can you recommend any good mystery books for me, Racey?
Hi Sally...Mystery books, hummm...Try reading James Patterson...he has a series of good Detective, murder, keeps you going till the end books...But you have to start at the first to kind of keep up with the villian from book to book...Main character is Alex Cross, DC detective...Very good...
Patricia Cornwell has good books...Main character in her series is a lady Coroner..
Janet Evanovich...Her main character is a female PI...There are 9 in that series of books...Excellant!
John Grisham books are always a good bet...
Johnathan & wife Faye Kellerman book have good books...
Well this should keep you busy for awhile...I'll try to think of a few more...

Thank you for the excellent suggestions, Racey. I guess not too many people read books other than books on breeding or genetics or things like that on this board or else they just never make it down here to this forum. lol
If you like mysteries - I am a big fan of Robert B. Parker novels - he is the Spencer writer. I've always loved Mary Higgins Clark. Sue Grafton is very good. If you like horses, Dick Frances is another good one.

John Grisham has a new one out titled "The last Juror"...It is in hard back, which are expensive, so I'll wait for it to come out in paperback or go to the library...I just finished reading his book, "The Chamber" last week...Awesome book...My favorite one though was "The Painted House"...Great book...It is told threw the eyes of a 7 yr old boy in rural Arkansas during the depression...Lots of suspense, murder & mayham...

Listen Racey, if you want to read a good Grisham book (and I LOVE them all) you need to read "Skipping Christmas". It is so un-Grisham-like, but it is a fantastic, quick read. I promise you'll love it.
