This is for Dinner suggestions or menus.
I thought it might be interesting.
Holiday dinners or everyday dinners.
Or just plain good FOOD. Smile
Please share.

Did someone say dessert? I have a recipe for a WONDERFUL sugar free peanut butter pie. You cannot tell its sugar free. Got it from a fellow gastric bypass patient. We use it all the time for church functions and its one of the 1st to go!> I'll hunt for it and post it for anyone who wants to try it. Its YUMMY. And that is rare for sugarfree stuff.

It's a dog eat dog world, and I am wearin milkbone underwear!...unknown.

Kraft Mac and cheese appears fluorescent yellow
to me. Please tell me you made yours at home from scratch.

I fear for what is in that food.

Talk Mod,
I have been thinking about what you said about Kraft Macaroni and Cheese since you made this post! I even called my brother and told him to back off the Kraft Easy Mac! Then I found an old cook book and here is a macaroni and cheese recipe for everyone to try. "It's the real stuff!"

Macaroni and Cheese

1-1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1/4 cup margerine or butter
1 small onion chopped, about 1/4 cup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
8 ounces sharp American Cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

Cook macaroni as directed. Cook and stir margerine, onion, salt and pepper over medium heat until onion is slightly tender. Blend in flour. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly, remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir one minute, remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Place macaroni in ungreased 1 1/2 qt casserole. Stir cheese sauce into macaroni. Cook uncovered in 375 oven 30 minutes. 5 servings.
