I found this online..does it sound close?
SOUTHWEST WRAP Grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheddar & jack cheeses, corn, black beans, ranch dressing & a touch of bbq sauce, rolled in a soft white flour tortilla.
I've made my own. Use whatever type wrap you prefer from the store, there are all kinds now, or just heat up a big flour tortilla. Use grilled chicken and shredded lettuce, cheese, black olives (if you like them), onion and ranch dressing. First lay out the tortilla and then starting from near the edge closest to you, put in the chicken and sprinkle the ranch dressing over it, add the rest of the ingredients, ending with the lettuce. Then roll over once and fold in the ends and finish rolling. Viola!! Wrap. I cut mine in half diagonally. Some people don't fold up the ends, but the stuff falls out on me if I don't.
I have found that you can make a wrap out of just about anything you like. Basic ingredients are generally:
Meats (beef/pork/chicken/turkey/bacon/ham/etc) Cheese (cheddar/jack/american/provolone/swiss/etc) Veggies (lettuce/tomato/onion/peppers/olives/avocado/beans/broccoli/etc) Salad Dressing (ranch/french/russian/italian/mayonaise/blue cheese/etc)
Mix and match things however you like. Great to use up leftover roast beef or even baked chicken or pork. Just slice in small thin slices for using in the wraps.
I hope this helps.

Hey Sally, thanks for the recipe, but I found out how to make it (well my own version that is quite similar) you can either make your own cheese rice, or buy the boxed cheese rice in the aisle with the tacos and stuff. You make the rice, get whatever kind of wrap, preferably tomatoe tortilla wrap, do some chicken on the forman, or whatever your favorite kind of chicken is, then have a little bit of lettuce and ranch dressing and tomatoes, put it all in the wrap and WALAHHHHHH.. oh yeah and put extra cheese in the wrap...
